Below is a link to the NHS Patient’s Charter. Everything in the charter would be achievable if government properly funded general practice. Primary care carries out 94% of interactions with patients but receives just 8.5% of NHS funding. If we fall short on something, it’s not because we’re not trying but because we don’t have enough money. Please let us know. But don’t just let us know, let your MP know too.
